GZ brings FIFA 23 launch party to Perth

Are you ready for FIFA 23?

During the October school holidays, Ground Zero Gaming brought the world’s game to Perth with a launch party at Mandurah Forum. Running from September 30th through to October 9th, we partnered with EA GAMES to play EA SPORTS FIFA 23 for free every day from 10am - 3pm across twelve big-screen gaming stations!

It was an incredible event, with a visit from Perth Glory players Darryl Lachman, Mark Beevers, and Jack Clisby, and the Nova 937 Cassanovas!

Why is EA SPORTS FIFA 23 so cool, I hear you ask? Well, for the first time ever, EA SPORTS FIFA 23 introduces women’s club football with the addition of the Barclays WSL and D1 Arkema.

You might also see some familiar faces as the entire Richmond AFC squad features, including Ted Lasso, Roy Kent! and Dani Rojas - football is life!

Most excitingly, Perth-raised football hero Sam Kerr is the first female footballer to ever grace the cover, making this Perth EA SPORTS FIFA 23 launch party just that extra bit of awesome.

Thanks to everyone who came down and had a go - we saw some pretty impressive stats, even a 23-0 win!
