Shipping Cost
Shipping is charged at the cost rate, and will vary depending on the shipping postcode. We use multiple carriers, including Australia Post and Sendle, to access the best rate possible. Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page.
Despatch Times
Orders will be despatched from Perth, Western Australia. For items that are in-stock, orders will be despatched within 2 business days. For made-to-order or back ordered items, despatch times will vary. Indicative timings will be displayed on the product page.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped using multiple carriers, including Australia Post and Sendle. Estimated delivery times are listed below. Refer directly to Australia Post and Sendle for up-to-date shipping times.
Australian Capital Territory: 5 to 7 business days
New South Wales: 5 to 7 business days
Northern Territory: 8 to 12 business days
Queensland: 6 to 8 business days
South Australia: 5 to 6 business days
Tasmania: 7 to 10 business days
Victoria: 5 to 8 business days
Western Australia: 3 to 6 business days
International Orders: 10 to 18 business days
Tracking
All orders are tracked by the delivery carrier. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has been despatched.
Authority to Leave
All orders will be despatched with Authority to Leave. If you are not present at the nominated address to accept delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place at the discretion of the delivery carrier.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels
Ground Zero Gaming will not accept responsibility for any parcel that is lost, damaged or missing in transit. If you experience an issue with the delivery carrier, please contact their respective customer service centre for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind.
If your item is damaged or faulty, then we will offer a replacement item or a refund, provided that the below requirements are fulfilled:
The item is returned and received within 15 days
Proof of purchase is retained and supplied
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We will provide an exchange for a different size or colour variant of the same item (if available), provided that the below requirements are fulfilled:
The item is returned with all tags attached and in the same condition as supplied
The item is unworn
The item is returned and received within 15 days
Proof of purchase is retained and supplied
The requested replacement size/variant is available
Please note that shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are non-refundable.
